Ambassadors at Play

At SBE, we believe that our own colleagues are best at introducing qualified candidates who fit our company’s DNA. For this reason, team HR and team Marketing & Communications have launched the “Ambassadors at Play” recruitment program in 2022. This has been successful because after barely six months, half of the colleagues spread across the four offices can call themselves not only an Expert at Play but also an Ambassador at Play.

SBE aspires to include the values of the company within this program; quality, collaborative work/design and family. For this reason, we have decided not to award an individual bonus per candidate introduced. In fact, recruiting can be done in many more ways, and it is precisely these different methodologies that we want to utilize in our recruiting strategy.

Several challenges will be launched over the course of a year in which any colleague can participate. Once you have participated in at least one challenge, you are considered to be an Ambassador at Play and you stand a chance to gain a reward. Naturally, the challenge must achieve its goal in order to issue the reward. By introducing these original challenges, we try to create enthusiasm among as many colleagues as possible to participate and thereby reach our recruitment goal. Once this goal is achieved, everyone in the company will be given one extra day of leave.
